It gives us great pleasure in publishing the IGCS Bulletin Vol. 4 (3). Read about IGCS’ numerous activites with German and Indian researchers, workshops at IITM and Summer School in Kiel, Germany. IGCS hosts a new German long-term reseacher, Dr. Viktoria Schiller, from RWTH Aachen. TU Berlin hosts the first Indian IGCS Postdoc, Dr. P. Vasanth from IIT Madras.
