It gives us great pleasure in publishing the IGCS Bulletin Vol. 4 (4). IGCS hosts a new German long-term reseacher, Dr. Karl Beelen from Heidelberg an several students from TU Berlin, RWTH Aachen and Bauhaus University Weimar.
